650x1000mm Electric Pit Type Carburizing Nitriding Furnace
The nitriding furnace has the characteristics of low processing temperature, short process time, low distortion of workpiece, high fatigue limit and good wear resistance.
The nitriding furnace is mainly used for various kinds of steel mechanical parts, automobile curved glaze, gear, motorcycle brake pad and die. In the non-ferrous industry, it can be applied to the bright and non-oxidized annealing in a protective atmosphere of copper pipes, copper plates, copper wires, copper rods and other copper materials. Also it can be used for non-oxidizing tempering heat treatment under the condition of vacuum nitrogen protection of thin-walled seamless steel tube, long axis and various metal parts.

1.Efficient penetrating rate: Heat preserves 8-10 hours, penetrating layer is 0.14-0.18mm，and bright white layer is 0.006-0.01mm
2.High surface hardness：HV1000-1200
3. Big loaded-capacity with low cost for heat-treatment: low-vacuum varying-pressure technology fulfills good nitriding process; Fresh air covers the inner furnace-tank, and provides perfect sealed environment, so that loaded- capacity increases.
