Hydraulic presses are commonly used for forging, clinching, moulding, blanking, punching, deep drawing, and metal forming operations, bending, flanging and thin stretching, etc. It can also be used for the correction, press-fit, plastic products and powder products.The hydraulic press is advantageous in manufacturing, it gives the ability to create more intricate shapes and can be economical with materials.A hydraulic press will take up less space compared to a mechanical press of the same capability.
Characteristics
The main machine adopts three-beam four-column structure, the hydraulic system adopts the plug-in valve oil circuit, the electrical system adopts relay or PLC control circuit, and has manual or semi-automatic operation mode. The whole structure is simple, compact, economical and reasonable, reliable in action and long in service life. The hydraulic impact is small, reducing the connection line and leakage. The working pressure, pressing speed and forming range can be adjusted within the scope of the specification according to the process requirements, and two processes of constant pressure and fixed range can be realized. During constant pressure forming, there is a pressure holding delay and an automatic return after pressing. The ejector device is installed in the middle of the working platform, and the molding process can be used as a hydraulic pad for stretching production.
