SPECIFICATIONS

600 volt UD cable meets or exceeds the following applicable ASTM specifications:

B-230 Aluminum 1350-H19 Wire for Electrical Purposes.

B-231 Aluminum 1350 Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.

B-609 Aluminum 1350 Round Wire, Annealed and Intermediate Tempers, for Electrical Purposes.

B-901 Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire.

600 volt UD cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ICEA (NEMA WC 70)S-95-658 FOR xlpe insulated conductors and UL Standard 854 for Type USE-2

CONSTRUCTION

Conductors are stranded , compressed 1350-H19, H16 or H26 aluminum ,insulated with XLPE

Packaging & Shipping

All cables will be packed in rool or different sizes wooden reels according to their outside diameter and net weight. 1. We use fumigated & treated timber wooden reel to package cables. 2. Frequently-used reel sizes: 0.7*0.7*0.7m, 1.1*1.1*0.8m, 1.8*1.8*1.1m, 2.2*2.2*1.8m, or as customer's reauests 3. Wooden plate sealed. 4. 72 pcs of 0.7m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL. 28 pcs of 1.1m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL. 6 pcs of 1.8m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.
