Lab Rubber kneader mixer is applicable for plasticating and mixing rubber and plastic testing,as well as applicable for mixing and keading sticky materials. 

This machine is widely tyre factory and Rubber, TPR,EVA,Rubber sole, Rubber Roller, Hoses Belts, Sponges, Vibration Insulator, Elastic Cord,Sealing Materials, Tire, Tapes, Master Batches, Pigment Ink, Automobile Electric Rubber Parts, Chemical Industry Compounds production.

This machine is suitable for mixing, kneading and dispersing chemical raw materials such as plastics, rubber, hot melt adhesive and various low viscosity materials.

Two agitators shafts with spiral edges on the surface are enclosed in the "W" chamber. Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the two shafts are operated at a relatively different speed to stir and disperse the materials.
