Application of the waste oil recycling machine
Pyrolysis oil/watse oil can be refined into valuable diesel oil through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a method of separating mixtures based on differences in volatilities of components in a boiling liquid mixture. After beling distilled by the distillation plant, the oil may have dark color with bad smell, then we suggest to deep purify the oil, with Huayin matched color and smell removal system, you will get clean diesel oil as final products with beautiful light yellow color.
Waste oil refining plant distills the incoming pyrolysis tire oil/pyrolysis plastic oil into useful products such as diesel oil and fuel oils, gasoline or petrol, jet fuel, etc, the oil yield will be 85%-90%, the by-products are 10%-15% slag and syngas.

Distillation plant works as follows:
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.
With the oil distillation equipment, customer will get diesel oil, while, the oil color is little dark with bad smell. Here comes the color and smell removal system, it can remove the black color and smell, you will get clean diesel oil as end products.

Environment :
1. For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.
2. About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnance for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is clearned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.
3. About the carbon black, we do the futher process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out.No slag emission.
4. About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.
5. Above all, all the design can reach the international environmenal standard.
