Introduction
JVYWC (R) - type emulsion oil processing unit is used for treating high concentration of emulsified oil waste water, and
the oil content of the discharged water is less than 15PPm. Is composed of a demulsifier (optional), electric flocculation
reactor, primary filter, oil-water separator, secondary filter, piston pump, control box, oil concentration meter, pneumatic
valve and so on.
Principle Description
Emulsified oil wastewater into the first solid demulsifier (option as emulsified oil with high content ), in order to damage the layer structure of water and oil, so as to achieve the purpose of breaking; then into electric flocculation reactor, emulsified oil from water further separated by electrolytic separation; the treated water is then entered the primary filter, removal the solid particles and floc material from water; after filtering, oil-water mixture into the oily water separator, by polymerization of inclined plate into small oil droplets condensed into large droplets float to the oil tank, and discharge when reaching a certain level, then water through secondary filters and discharge; but discharge port is provided with oil content meter, oil content detection the water discharged, when meet emission standards,the drain valve is opened and allow to discharge, when emissions exceed the standard, return valve is opened, recycling and reprocessing, ensure the effluent water quality meets the requirements.
