The single-effect external circulation evaporator completes most of the gas-liquid separation in the separation chamber. Therefore, the external circulation evaporator can be more easy to mist entrainment and even run away. The separation chamber must have sufficient separation volume. In addition to the tangential way of the inlet, a foam trap must be installed in the separation chamber. The secondary steam should be discharged at the top of the separation chamber, and the secondary steam pipe should be inserted into a section of the separation chamber. The length of this section is generally between 150-250mm that can play the role of swirling flow, which is conducive to the further separation of gas and liquid. In order to better recover the material liquid entrained in the secondary steam, it is also possible to install a baffle-type or cyclone-type suds catching device between the separation pipe and the condenser pipe in the discharge pipe.

1.The primary condensation adopts a removable plate heat exchanger (heat exchange plate 304 material) with high heat transfer efficiency. According to customers’ needs, you can choose all-stainless steel plate heat exchanger or all-stainless steel welding plate heat exchanger.

The single-effect external circulation evaporator is a device that boils the feed liquid, removes the vaporized part, and concentrates the feed liquid through heating the materials under negative pressure. In the heating chamber, the heating energy required for evaporation is provided to the liquid, and the material liquid is evaporated to form a density difference. The density of the material liquid in the circulation pipe is higher than that in the heating chamber, so that the natural circulation is formed by the density difference of the material liquid. The steam generated in the heating chamber carries a large amount of liquid foam. After passing through the larger space evaporation chamber, the liquid foam is separated by means of its own condensation and foam trapping device. The steam is recovered after cooling and condensation.
