Raspivid -o video.h264 -t 10000

When shooting, want the video display interface to fill the entire LCD 7-inch screen, you can execute the following command:
Raspivid -w 320 -h 240 -p 0 -t 10000 -o video.h264
Play the video you shot:
Omxplayer -o hdmi video.h264 (after executing the command, wait a few seconds to play)
