Working principle

5L 10L Small sigma shaped mixer machine dough mixer kneader for sugar paste almond paste automatic mixing

The materials being blended are loaded from top ports. The loading factor is 40%-60%. There is one shaft with sigma shaped paddle (z-arm) in U bowl. The z-arm gets rotation with shaft under the drive of motor-reducer. Materials being blended are constantly being stirred and intermixed as the z-arms rotate. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 15 minutes, however can be more or less depending on the difficulty of blending.
