Quality inspection in production

Initial inspection includes film thickness, color difference, board quality and MEK, gloss of finished product

Collect head and tail sampling to detect color difference, dry film thickness, gloss, T-bend, wipe, hundred grid, boiled, impact, etc.

Observe if there are defects on the finished board surface and avoid defects such as paint void (holiday) and flaws on the board surface.

After completing the product, fill in the certificate (qualifier), collect the head and tail sample, test the sample, and establish records according to the standard.

PACKING STANDARD

1.Choose the appropriate wooden pallets,put MDF and a sheet of paper on wood pallets;
