Since 2004, Success Engine have been successfully designing and manufacturing several series of oil lubricated air compressors, including belt drive(4~18 kw) , direct drive(22~630 kw), vsd(variable speed drive), two-stage airend, low pressure (4 bar) and middle pressure from (20-30 kw), skipped mounted, mobile and containerized screw air compressor. For beginning, Success Engine pay great attention on the updated technology to improve energy efficiency, such as excel-lent powerful compressor airend (Patent No.: CN 201320374188.7),high energy-saving centrifugal cooling system(patent
No. CN 201320374179.8), the adoption of SKF bearing and ABB motor, high efficient oil air separator, etc.
2. Improvement in airend
Reform of mesh and seal
Through reforming the mesh and seal of the bottom line of the double screw rotors and the shape of rotors' roots with the computer, we not only solve the problem of the leakage of oil air mixture thoroughly in the course roof rotor meshing and and the noise produced when oil air mixture passing from the high pressure cavity to the low one, but also raise the volume efficiency.

A: Our factory is located in No.666,Xinbo Road, Maogang Industry Zone, Songjiang, Shanghai, China(201606). It takes about one hour from Shanghai Pudong airport or Hongqiao Airport. We warmly welcome all our clients from home or abroad to visit us!

Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of the installation or 15 months from the day of delivery. We will take full responsibilities for the charges caused by the defects during the guarantee period.
