Zinc-Aluminium Steel Coil
Galvalume steel coil is widely used in building materials, home appliances, automobiles, environment, machinery, ships and other fields of a kind of alloy plated steel plate.Aluminized zinc steel plate is in the surface of the aluminum zinc alloy cover treatment, by 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon at 600℃ high temperature solidification and composition, the entire structure of aluminum-iron - silicon - zinc, forming a dense four element crystal alloy coating steel plate.
Features of Aluminium-Zinc
The corrosion protection layer must be added on the surface because the steel plate will be oxidized and corroded by damp. The corrosion protection coating is generally divided into hot-dip galvanized zinc and hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy Al-Zn(aluminum-zinc alloy composition is 53% of aluminum, 43.5% of zinc and 1.5% of silicon, referred to as 55%Al-Zn).The data show that the comprehensive anticorrosion ability of 55% aluminum-zinc plating is 4 times that of zinc plating of the same thickness.
