1. Pour the reactant into a Teflon liner or PPL liner and ensure that the feed coefficient is less than 0.7.

5. If the exhaust is required during the reaction, the valve can be directly opened. If the gas is toxic, it cannot be discharged directly into the air. You need to arrange the recovery bottle yourself. If there is no toxicity, it can be discharged directly into the air.
6. When it is confirmed that the temperature in the autoclave is lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the reactants, the lid can be opened for subsequent operation. When the temperature is lowered by the end of the reaction, it is also strictly operated according to the specified cooling rate to facilitate safety and reaction kettle. Service life.
7. After confirming that the temperature in the kettle is lower than the boiling point of the solvent of the reactant system, first loosen the lid of the kettle with a screw, and then open the lid of the kettle.
8. After each use, the reactor should be cleaned in time to avoid rust. The seals of the kettle body and the kettle lid should be carefully cleaned and protected from damage.
Remember: 1. Do not use the PTFE liner alone in an oven or other heating equipment for cleaning or use. Please use it together with the steel sleeve.
2. Do not put the kettle with pressure gauge directly in the oven to avoid damage to the pressure gauge.
