Process treatment:

1. External surface treatment

Due to the harsh operating environment, the requirements for surface anti-corrosion treatment are stricter than other types of cranes.

2. All shafts are chrome plated

The outer surface of the structural parts is sprayed with three layers of paint: epoxy zinc-rich primer, mica intermediate paint, and polyurethane acrylic topcoat. After the whole machine is debugged, the polyurethane acrylic topcoat is sprayed.

Restricted by the production and processing conditions, the galvanizing of structural parts can not reach the expected goal, so the anti-corrosion treatment is not done by galvanizing, but spraying.
