Aluminum honeycomb core is made of multiple layers of aluminum foils, processed by gluing, pressing and expanding. It has sharp and clear hole surface, which is suitable for splicing high-quality core-to-core panels and other purposes. The core layer of honeycomb plate is a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure; the interactive dense honeycombs are alike a great number of small I-shaped beams which can dispersedly bear the pressure coming from panels, so that the panels can be uniformly stressed, and high flatness of large area of panel can be maintained.

Honeycomb core has many features: lightweight, high-strength, stiffness and anti-shake, besides that, it is also heat, sound and moisture resistant. 3.Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have MOQ, because of the production process, aluminum honeycomb is made one block by one block, then cutting different thickness according to the order. Thus the MOQ is at least 1 block.
4.What is the delivery time?
Generally speaking, material can be offered within a time frame of 3 to 10 days with stock raw materials. Of course it is also depend on the order quantity required.
5.Can you supply samples?
Yes, for the stock specification, we could supply small samples free of charge, but the delivery cost should under the receiver account.
