500kg refractory pan mixer for mixing refractory for Qatar customers
We have WRM100, WRM250,WRM500, WRM800 and WRM1000 five different model refractory castable mixer for option. Their batch capacity is 100kg, 250kg, 500kg, 800kg and 1000kg.
WRM500 refractory pan mixer is used to mix raw materials. Mixing capacity is 500kg, rotating speed is 36rpm, motor power is 11kw. Incorporated with anti-abrasive and non-sticking material liner, refractory pan mixers are highly efficient, durable and possess robust construction.
For WRM500,WRM800 and WRM1000 , because the weight is larger than WRM100 and WRM250 refractory castable mixers. In order to keep the mixer stable in the use, we add the forklifts hole instead of walking wheels.
Besides, In order to protect the motor for WRM500, WRM800 and WRM1000, our refractory castable mixers is also equipped with soft-start device, which could smoothly start motor.
