Introduction of maize/corn flour milling machine:
1) Adopting the dry process technique, the complete set maize milling machine can produce low fat corn grits, corm germ, corn flour and corn peel with different size at the same time. 2) The machine capacity is from 10 tons per day to 300 tons per day. The whole assembly line consists of grain cleaning, maize peeling, maize milling and maize flour packing parts.
3) Impurities removal in the destoner or grader firstly and then the pure grain be transformed to the intensive dampener, after intensive and gentle dampening, the maize will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer. After the flour extracting, the maize will go through the degerming and germ separating machine and be milled further in the pulverizer. At the end of the procedure, the produced maize flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine.

2. Milling part:
Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
3. Packing part:
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.

To control the whole set of machinery to work well and showing the process of working
