2.Casting machine

3.Pneumatic Cutting machine

   Use pneumatic structure, air compressor to provide compressed gas, make the cut, rods feeding , material in synthesis, motor drive the alloy saw blade, cutting more quickly.Distribution of material, copper bar length can be adjusted, automatic discharge material.Motor power 3kw, saw blade type #125.

4.Hydraulic peeling machine

   Brass rod after peeling machine drawing into finished products, small size of brass rod draw one time enough, large size brass bar to draw out two to three times.Motor 15 kw.

5.Pneumatic Straightening machine for round

  For brass/bronze rod straightening use,round, hexagonal ,square,lock body and gear are customer designed.
