Jacket conical beer fermentation tank
Conical beer fermenter is used to cool down the hot wort temperature to -1 degree and keep it for 1-3 weeks as brewmaster's needs, under the help of hop and yeast the the sugar is turned into alcohol, waiting for next stage-maturation.
Beer fermentation tank has its own characteristics comparing with other general tanks,
1.Beer fermenter is pressurized tank, the working pressure comes up to 0.1-0.15bar.
2. Big conical bottom 60-75 degree for easy to discharging yeast, hop and other impurities.
3. Conical beer fermenter usually has large cooling jacket and fully insulation material to keep temperature stable.
4. It has pressure relieve valve and pressure gage to guarantee the tank safety.
