Technical data

Pure CO2 system, the evaporator can be equipped with a fluidized & plate & tunnel freezer, with a quick-freezing capacity of 1800KG/H. The inlet temperature is 6℃ to 8℃; the outlet temperature is -18℃; the moisture content of the goods is 84%. Equipped with heat recovery exchanger , the inlet water temperature is 40°C, and the outlet water temperature is above 60°C. Hot water is used for milk and cheese processing. The hot water circulates in a closed system. Condenser : water cooled, with cooling water tower. Configuration: Bitzer compressor 4NSL-30K*5 units + 6FTE-50K*5 units are operated in parallel, including R744 heat recovery device and water-cooled cooler, 3L barrel pump low pressure circulation barrel and refrigerant circulation pump (one use and one backup) , Low-voltage maintenance unit, with unit starting cabinet and frequency converter, without water pump.
