QDY Model Electric double-girder casting overhead crane is one kind of heavy duty overhead crane,it is specially used in steel mill workshop, to lift melt steel water, to pour the melt steel water,it is suitable for continuous and heavy duty severe working conditions, the ambient working temperature -10~60'C.
QDY Model double-girder ladle lifting casting overhead crane consists of Main beam,End beam,Crane traveling mechanism, Lifting trolley, Hook and cable and Cabin and electric control system.
The rated lifting capacity is 5~74 Ton;Span 10.5 m to 31.5 m,
The working duty is heavy type ,usually it is A7~A8 class (ISO);

Features of 74/20 Ton Electric Double Girder Casting Overhead Crane：
1, Special safety design,to use two pcs of wire rope system for the main hook, then even if once one pcs wire rope is damaged,the other wire rope will hold the ladle and wont let it fall down.
2, Anti high temperature design, there is heat proof layer on bottom of main girder.
3, Two sets of brake for main lift.
4, Emergency stop system
5, Over current Protection,Short-circuit Protection
6, Phase sequence protection.
7, High protection level IP54 IP55.
8, Zero position protection.
9, Voltage loss protection.
10, Safety monitor,to monitor all motions and all data can be displayed in the cabin.
11, Safety brake is used on the flange of the wirerope drum,one more safe protection.
12. Double layer warm keeping cabin, floor is insulated design.
