Product Description
Vacuum emulsifying mixer, also called vacuum emulsifying machine, is a tilt-able vacuum mixer system for the production of viscous emulsions, dispersion's and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
The machine draws power material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying . The whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming int being bubble after high- speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis.
The water pot and oil pot are preparatory pots. For products which need emulsifying, the raw materials are always including water phase material and oil phase material, so the water pot is for preparation of water phase materials, and oil pot is for preparation of oil phase materials. The two pots both have jacket layer, which can be heated by electrical heating or steam . Meanwhile, the two pots equip with dispersing disk mixing system. After preparing (feeding, heating, mixing), the raw materials in these two pots can be absorbed into the main pot (emulsifying pot) by the power of vacuum through pipeline.
Features
1. The mixing adopts the imported frequency inverter for speed adjustment,which can meet different technological demands.
2. The homogenizing structure is made through german technology. The machine adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying rotation speed can reach 3000 rpm and the high shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5 um.
3. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being aseptic . The vacuum materials vacuum sucking can avoid dust.
4. The main boiler lid can adopt lifting system, it is easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the main boiler can adopt tilting discharge.
5. The boiler body is welded with 3 layers imported SS plate, tank body and pipes adopts mirror polish which meet the GMP standard.
6. According to process requirement, the tank body can heating and cooling the electric heating.
7. To ensure the stability of whole machine, the machine adopt the imported electric appliances which can meet the international standards.
