What is water transfer printing?

Answer: Water Transfer Printing (also known as water immersion printing, hydrographic printing, hydro dipping, hydro imaging and fluid imaging) is a 3D decorating process.

The Water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, glass, wood, ceramic, stone and metal. For the most parts, if the item can be dipped in water, the hydro graphic process can be used.

1)  Please contact us, and we will send you our film catalogue by email.

2)  When you get the catalogue, please select patterns you like, and list us pattern numbers and quantity respectively.

3)  We will quote you the total soon after your list. Payment by T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, LC is ok.

4)  We will ship your order by DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS or TNT express in 1-5 days after releasing payment. You may get your cargo in 7-15 days after payment.

What kind of packing we use?

Answer:  The film should be packed in a plastic bag.

Lay film face down on flat surface with a flat item such as a book on top for weight to protect paper from curling, then we pack the roll within plastic package and carton package outside. 

Do we offer freight discount?

Answer: We will quote you freight at the discount price we get from express companies. There are big freight discount from DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx for more than 20KGS (About400 sqms film) order.

Do we offer process support?

Do we offer film activator?

Answer: We can offer activator to you. Activator is the key to WTP process. Please contact us, and you will get more than you need.

Can we print film at our own design?

Answer: We provide customized printing service. If you have any design, just send us picture in AI or CDR format. Kindly let us know the film width you would like to print, we will email you the detail of this service.

What if the shipping cargo were damage or shortage?

Answer: We will well wrapped with tapes, and pack the films in carton box, then we choose the best express company (TNT/UPS/FedEx/EMS) to deliver cargo to avoid shipping damage.

If you got damaged packing, please kindly let us know within 3 days.  Before you open the box please take photos of the package, shoot weighting photos, and send us pictures. We will composite you soon after the damage or shortage confirmed.
