Double layer steel case with air cooling to ensure furnace surface temperature < 60 °C

Vacuum Flange

Temperature Controllers

One touch screen digital temperature controller built in a separated unit, which can 

control seven heating zones independently

Each channel is PID automatic controlled  and saves 10 programs and each program 

has max. 30 segments

Built in overheating & broken thermocouple protection.

+/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.

Seven K type thermocouples (one for each zone).

RS485 Communications Port built in. and software included, 

The furnace may be oprated by PC ( please order PC separately ).

Gas Flow Control and Vacuum Valve

Two large flow meters (N2: 0~3.5L/min, H2: 0~3.5L/min) are installed in the front panel of furnace.

One for purging Inert gas prior to introducing H2 gas

One for controlling H2 gas flow

One heavy duty vacuum pump(CE certified ) built in bottom furnace.You may choose a UL 

certified pump at extra cost.

Hydrogen Burning System

One Hydrogen burn off column is build in left flange

An ignition device already installed to incinerate flowing gas and detect burner temperature

 to ensure H2 burner is in working condition. If H2 does not burn properly, the controller will 

shut down the H2 gas delivery valve immediately.

Optional

This furnace can be modified into rotary furnace with tilting function at extra cost

One year limited warranty (Consumable parts such as processing tubes, o-rings and heating elements are not covered by the warranty).
