1. Buying a Sumatran wood has a smaller risk according to the company's will, due to various kinds of selected wood such as community timber, forest wood, and other fruits
2. The cost of local Sumatran wood is cheaper. Therefore, our customer is having huge demand to get the ideal price
3. This wood is used for producing the component, the panel and stiles of the door
Production Process
Raw Materials,
all woods are recruiting form Sumatran land and selecting for based company will' for export standard
Wood vacuum Pressure,
With a vacuum and pressure system, chemicals that are guaranteed the wood will be durable for quite a long period and there is no worm and bugs are living in the wood
kiln Dry System,
Ensuring that the moisture of wood is below 10% and avoiding the wood is being cracked or wrapped.
Production Process,
All component, panels, stiles are being processed from Kiln Dry system to build up a good solid Engineered door
Production Land, Finishing and Packaged,
these are all the process after we are producing a door as the below picture shows a Finishing and Packaged process to be ready for export
1. Advantage,
Vacuum Machine to ensure our woods are protected from damaged due to insects, worms, bugs are inside the wood
A Kiln Dry room, this is to maintain my moisture that is below 10%, ensure my door wont be damaged, cracked or wrapped during the process in the production system
2. Advantage,
Engineered/Veneer doors, this is the most competent product for us with a command design such as Panels doors, Minimalists doors and door Jamb.
We are able to manufacture up to between 5,000 to 7,000 with engineered doors designed. It is because we are targeting C-grade market, especially Panels door are the most regular orders.
3. Advantage,
Location, our company is very close to the airport and port. Therefore, we are every fast for the shipment period and customer is easy to visit and back with an accurate time.

Finishing process,
-Selecting carefully each element of the door
-Maintaining our doors are fully done without any cracked, tenuous, and avoid lack of size of the door
-Ensuring the door is fully packaged with a white/clear wrapped plastic for doors
Packaged details,
-Usually we are packaging 14-18 pallets to be stuffed in th container and inserting a loose pieces
-Ensuring the wrapped plastic is in a good condition and able to load 1 fully container
