Every product within its PCBA and plastic housing are entirely independent R&D by Emdoor Info company in Emdoor’s Alibaba shop,only our cost of the plastic mold(tooling) R&D fee is more than USD 1.6 million dollars, just for good quality rugged products. Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer’s place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where Emdoor has a maintenance center there , they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
