Principle of Operation:
The heavy hammer crusher can adjust the gap of the grate and change the size of the discharge according to the user's requirements, so as to meet the user's different needs. The main working part of this machine is the rotor with hammer (also known
as hammer head). The rotor consists of a spindle, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in
the crushing chamber, and the material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port. At the lower part of the rotor, there
is a sieve plate and the granule smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve
plate, and the coarse granule larger than the size of the sieve hole is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and
ground by the hammer, and then discharged from the outside of the crusher through the sieve plate.
