4.Can you do the Unilin system for your SPC floor? Do I need to pay the patent fee?
If you are going to sell our SPC floor for American or European market, you need to pay the patent fee.
If your market is the other countries or buys for the project, it is no need for you to pay the fee.
5.What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in natural boxes, if you have your requirement, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes.
6.What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit，balance 70% paid against copy of B/L. Trade Assurance, Paypal, L/C, West Union can be negotiated.
7.How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quality of your order.
8.How do I clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt you won’t come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rising cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Never use a abrasive cleaner, or dish deter-gent.
