Production Line
1.Wire drawing
Wrie drawing is made in order to make coarse wire thinner smaller size of the ball.
2.Cold heading
Wire is cut and cold formed into spherical blanks on high speed heading machines.
3.Flash & Rough Grind
Flashing removes the seam from the heading operation and the rough grind brings the balls to the approximate size and sphericity required.
4.Heat treatment
The balls are heat treated (hardened and tempered) to achieve the required hardness and microstructure.
5.Hard Grinding
The hardened balls are ground to the precise geometric size in the hard grinding operation.
6.Lapping Operation
The finish lapping operation gives the balls the bright, smooth, defect-free surface finish.
7.Roller Gauging & Photometric Sorter
