LREG1004PT-PoE is a quad-port gigabit PoE+ Ethernet PoE + ToE FPGA Network Card independently developed by Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics Co., Ltd. based on the Intel main control chip solution. The PoE + ToE FPGA Network Card conforms to the GigE Vision standard and allows users to use standard cables for fast image acquisition and transmission in industrial machine vision work connected to industrial cameras.
The PoE + ToE FPGA Network Card has a TOE (Trigger Over Ethernet) function, which integrates an advanced Ethernet trigger based on FPGA, which can accurately synchronize multiple cameras to trigger acquisition, which reduces the cost of hardware and IO in practical applications. It is also convenient for wiring and use on site.
Each card of the capture card integrates four Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, which can support multiple capture cards installed on a system, and perform consent management control and unified triggering, and support online viewing of the camera port status.
There is also a software trigger on the TOE trigger mode. This trigger mode is more flexible and convenient. You can directly input a specific trigger online without adding additional hardware devices. Then the entire TOE trigger mode is as follows: 1. External synchronous pulse input, 2. Quadrature encoder input. These two are based on FPGA hard-wired logic, which can ensure accurate and reliable triggering.
The PoE + ToE FPGA Network Card has a PoE power output protection mechanism, which automatically adjusts the PoE output according to the power of the terminal device to avoid damage to the device due to overcurrent output, and provides overcurrent and overvoltage protection for protecting the camera.
