Multiple modes, rich functions
The new WIFI repeater supports five working modes: AP (wireless access point), Client (wireless client), Repeater (wireless relay), Bridge (wireless bridge), and Router (wireless router).
1. AP mode. This is also the default working mode of the device. In this mode, the device is a wireless access point, which supports plug and play without configuration. If you need to configure wireless encryption and other parameters.
2. Router mode. In this mode, the device is equivalent to a wireless router, with the wired interface as WAN and wireless as LAN. Multiple wireless clients can share a broadband line to access the Internet. If you need to set it to use Router mode.
3. Repeater mode. Use the wireless relay function of the device to realize the relay and amplification of wireless signals, and form a new wireless coverage area, and finally achieve the purpose of extending the coverage of the wireless network.
4. Bridge mode. Using the bridging function of the device, the new mini wifi repeater first establishes a wireless connection with the front-end wireless network, and then sends out a wireless signal by itself to form a new wireless coverage area, which can effectively solve wireless coverage problems such as weak signal and signal blind spots.
5. Client mode. Client mode, also known as "master-slave mode". The AP working in this mode is a wireless client to the main AP, which is equivalent to a wireless network card. Anti-ARP attack supports the binding of IP and MAC addresses to effectively prevent ARP attacks and ensure the security of the internal network.
