We are a manufacture based in Shenzhen with over 10 years' exprience in providing laptop/mobile phone chargers/batteries for world wide customers. Our production line are equipped with advanced technology machine, and we have skillful technician to assemble and test the product before packaging. 2. Can you provide free samples? 
Yes, but it depends on the specified item and the quantity.
Free samples are acceptal, but we are not responsible for the shipping charges. The shipping charges will be in the buyer's account.

3. Can you do OEM/ODM?
Yes. Customized design/labelling/packaging all acceptable.

4. What's your MOQ?
For single model, the MOQ is 20 pcs.
It's okay if you order a combination of different products as long as it the quantity is 500pcs or more. 
Custom: 200pcs each model.

5. How long is your delivery time? 
For in stock items: 5-7 working days
Customized order: varies from the order quantity and the design.
Normally it takes 7-15 working days.

6. What's your payment term?
