Gas cylinder introduction:
Gas cylinder liners are made of high quality 6061 aluminium alloy materials. The manufacturing procedure includes punching, drawing, heat treatment, CNC flow forming spinning, inner surface treatment, etc. The wall thickness is uniform with little difference. The shape of shoulder and base are produced with high precision and consistency.

1. What is the use life of the carbon fiber composite cylinder?
A: The use life is 15 years, and a retest will be needed after every 3-5 years.
2. How to fill the carbon fiber composite cylinder?
A: For the carbon fiber composite cylinders, we have filling stations to connect the compressor, in this way, the carbon fiber composite cylinders can be filled. If you need the filling station, you can purchase it yourself or you may also contact us.
3. What is the test pressure of the carbon fiber composite cylinder?
A: Under GB 28053, the test pressure we normally mean two type of tests. One is called hydraulic test pressure, for carbon fiber cylinder, it could reach to 50 Mpa. And the other one is called minimum burst pressure, for carbon fiber cylinder, it could reach to 102 Mpa.
4. Why it is expensive than aluminum cylinder?
A: Carbon fiber composite cylinder is made of aluminum alloy liner, wrapped with carbon fiber and glass fiber and produced with advanced and complicated technology, which makes it lighter and safer. The higher working pressure enable it to fill in more gases. That is why it is expensive than aluminum cylinder and still becoming more and more popular in these years.
