Q: How do you ensure your quality?
A: We use good quality 55# steel from big steel mills only, all our suppliers run IATF 16949 System. Products processed through forging, CNC turning, heat treatment, CNC drilling, CNC grinding with complete inspection process, 100% inspected after final assembly. We keep all inspection records and the records help Quality review and Product traceability. We also have series inspection equipments and life-test machine, help us development.
Q: How about your deliver time?
A: We keep stock for fast delivery. Now we have over 1000 items, 600,000 PCS products in stock, normally orders will be deliver in 5 days.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer 2 year or 80,000 kms warranty, if you meet any quality problem, we providing new for old, or refund.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can offer one free samples, but it will be charged at first and the amount will be reduced in official order.
Q: What is your terms of payments?
A: We accept T/T L/C at beginning, 30% advance, and pay up before delivery.
Q: How can I determine the security of my funds?
A: JSPT is a 24 years history factory, the plants and anythings you saw belong to it self. Of course, we will show you photos or videos of cargo before delivery, also we support online video inspection.
