We are strictly adopting "On-Site Quanlity Control" meathod. Our cooling fans are 100% inspected by our experienced staffs and our advanced proffessional testing equipment, from material, production process, and also with the 3rd party certification when required.
We installed the advanced testing equipment in Taiwan and Japan, like wind tunnel testing machine, pulse pressure machine, micro-computer balance testing machine, vibration testing, temperature and humidity chamber, package drop testing machine, Salt Fog Testing Machine, Noise Test Facility (Anechoic Chamber).
3. WONDERFUL R&D Center:
Our R&D team will make sure our cooling fans will comply with all safety certification at design stage. To make sure the fans is stable, reliable and safe. Also, we will proceed all kinds of test, to verify our fans will pass the requirement.
We are researching and developing several EC environmental fans.
We have invested the profession design software and hardware for designing to satisfy every customer's OEM or ODM demand.
For volume inquires, we are willing to design and manufacture special motors or fans to suit your requirements.
4. OEM And ODM:
OEM/ODM orders are welcome on our products. Our experienced engineering team is capable of walking through the design stage with our customers' design. We accept buyers' labels or logos. Our quality standards are available based on customers' demand.

1. Whatis a DC Axial Fan?
A DC fan is usually powered by 3v, 5v, 12v, 24v, 36v and 48v. DC motor runs from the attract and repel of the permanent magnet inside the motor. It blows air along the axis of the fan, or parallel to the track of the blade axis to create changeable and not stable air-flow. Standard DC axial fan sizes include 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 92mm, 120mm, 140mm, 150mm, 172mm, 200mm and 254mm.

7. What can I do if we can not find suitable fan model in the fan list?
Please feel free to contact us for customized fans, such as: moisture roof, waterproof, turbocharger, soft start, reversible, temperature control, PWM speed control, the RD alarm and the FG signal, etc.
-IP55: Protection of motor and PCB board against splashed water and humidity.
-Speed signal: The fan uses a separate wire to output information about its speed, and thus about the speed of the rotor.
-PWM control input: The speed of the fan can be changed via a pulse-wideth modulated signal. This signal is applied to a special provided wire.
8. Can you provide any sample? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we can offer the samples for free charge, but you are suggested taking charge of the relative freight cost.
