Explosion-proof tank
LT-double layer explosion-proof steel tank, the inner and outer tank adopts the insertion process and the double layer welding joint strengthening process, the welding seam strength is higher than the butt-welding weld strength of 6 thick steel plate. The shell is 3mm, and the effective volume of the inner tank is 50m³ (custom 95% filling factor). Tank can withstand 4 hours of fire test, and a national level explosion-proof identification of the testing agency issued by the test report.
Explosion-proof barrier materials
The inner and outer tank interlayers are filled with type IV barrier and explosion-proof materials. After two quenching treatment, the service life is more than 70% higher than similar barrier and explosion-proof materials on the market. Barrier explosion-proof materials manufacturing standards higher than the requirements of the national standard, and a national explosion-proof identification qualification of the testing institutions issued by the test report.

Emergency shutoff device
When the earthquake, fire, accidental tipping, falling, impact and other non-human controllable disasters happen, it'll automatically seal the tank to ensure that the oil does not leak. The device adopts mechanical transmission components to ensure that it can work effectively even when the power supply is lost.
Automatic fire extinguishing device
Superfine dry powder extinguishing agent, filled with appropriate nitrogen as driving gas, technical performance in line with GA 602-2013; GA95-2015 standard requirements. The operating temperature is 79-93 degrees.
Explosion-proof fire-proof breather valve device
The working positive pressure of the breathing valve is 2kPa ~ 3kPa, the working negative pressure is 1.5kpa ~ 2kPa, the installation height ≥ 4.5m, the nominal pressure is 1.0MPa
Emergency pressure relief device
When the internal pressure is too large, the emergency pressure relief device will burst open, play a rapid depressurization role, to prevent the tank explosion due to pressure, to avoid more serious accidents. Opening pressure: 27±2KPa
Anti-overflow device
The oil level in the tank exceeds the warning height, and the tank is automatically locked to prevent oil spillover.
Lightning and electrostatic grounding system
Including electrostatic ground alarm, lightning protection surge protector, aluminum alloy electrostatic clamp connected with the oil unloading truck, grounding copper braided wire.
The container fuel station is connected to the grounding electrode(User needs to ensure that the resistance of grounding electrode < 4 Ω).
Leak-proof inspection sight glass

Electronic level gauge

Manual measuring device
Used for calibration of electronic level gauge at fixed period. Measuring the volume of oil in the tank when the level gauge is out of function or without power.
Unloading pump pipeline system
The unloading port is national general size and can be connected by tank truck. Quick joint adopts DN65 self-sealing ball valve, pipe diameter DN65. The height of the outlet pipe is 0.15m from the bottom of the tank.
Oil discharge filter
Made of Stainless steel, 80 meshes. removable filter, reusable inner filter support, only necessary to replace the stainless steel filter net, convenient and low maintain cost.
Dispenser
IC card dispenser with self-priming pump, flow meter, LCD screen, motor, fueling hose.
