1). Before produce: send samples and videos for checking.
2). During producing: send photos and videos for producing.
3). Before shipment: customer's test company come to our factory to inspection of goods or we can send bulk production samples for checking.
4). After shipment: if there any problem about the products, if it's our mistake, we will take responsible.
2. How to make an order?
Please tell us your material,artwork design,logic circuit principle chart,size,surface,usage etc. And better send us the
design drawing or samples together with other detailed datas, then we’ll customize the membrane switch upon your requests.
3.Sample available?
Yes, but based on freight collect. Most of the items are customized for clients, so molding charge is needed.
4. How to guarantee the after sales service?
We will track the production situation of the goods during the whole process,we promise the goods will be shipped to you
smoothly. If any problem happened, we will provide the best solution for you.
5. Shipping ways & Delivery Time?

To create and submit counter-drawings + artwork for your approval:2-3 working days.

To build tooling and Sample Shipping:10-15 days.
Shipping by: UPS/ Fedex /DHL /TNT or other ways specified.
Delivery time: 15~20 days after payment received.
6. Payment terms?

The mold proofing fee is fully prepaid before Proofing production. T/T 30% in advance, and 70% before delivery.
