Manufacturing Process
These sheets are made in-house in our specially designed platten press.
By manufacturing in-house we can supply the highest quality sheet available at the best possible price; a combination that has won us ongoing contracts supplying some of the biggest names in technology, engineering and motorsport.
Sheet Sizes
Our Pre-Preg Carbon Fibre Sheet is available in a range of thicknesses and sizes:
Choose from 0.25m, 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thick sheet; all thicknesses are 100% pre-preg carbon fibre, double sided with a high gloss finish both sides.
The sheet is available in standard sizes of A5 (148mm x 240mm), A4 (210mm x 297mm), A3 (297mm x 420mm) and a full sheet of 600mm x 600mm.
Thickness Tolerance
Thickness tolerance for our prepreg sheet varies with thickness, as follows:
