It belongs to positive displacement pump and has the advantage of outstanding self priming high efficiency and long life. It applied to delivering suspension liquid with soft solid particles corrective medium and suspension liquid.the delivered medium temperature range from-30--180and the viscosity range from 30cst to 1*105 .cst,the parts of contact with medium adopt stainless steel ,the rotating speed can adjusted according to the delivered medium’s physical property.

It’s mainly composed of rotary lobe,shaft seal,gear box,pair of synchromous driving gears drive rotary lobe to deliver medium.the shaft seal can be designed with packing seal and mechanical seal according to the specific working conditions.the pump uses high strengh cast iron gear box,spiral gears and heavy load bearings in order to ensures the pump for a long time.
You need not disassembles gear box but adjust rotary lobe clearance because of specific assembling way.
The material of 0 seal ring is the silicone rubber.to corrective medium,PTFE is adoptable
The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from motor.
