Manufacturing Technique

The composite wood deck tiles are made of 30% plastic (HDPE) and 60% wood fiber plus 10% additives. By specific fomula we make
high density composite wood material with better strength, stiffness and water absorption properties.The production process is
basically mixing raw materials- pelleting process- extrusion- surface treatment- cutting- packing.

Installation Instructions

More tips on installation:

1. Make sure the ground is flat or leveled before installation.

2. The composite wood planks can be easiy cut/ screwed/ sawed.

3. If the deck planks are to be paved suspended, it's highly suggested to build the support frame with galvanized steel or other steel made materials.

4. If the decking are to be installed around the swimming pool, it's better to leave slope on the ground, to allow better water drainage.

5. When it comes to the corner, it's suggested to leave some space (2-5cm) between decking and wall.

1. What's WPC?

WPC is short for Wood Plastic Composite. The combination of the raw materials are mostly 30% recycled plastic (HDPE) and 60% wood powder, plus 10% additives such as anti-UV agent, lubricant, light stabilizer and etc.

2. What's the process to make WPC decking?

(a)Mix raw materials according to certain formula, then make them into pellets.
(b)By extrusion machine and mold, shape the products in customized profile and size.
(c)Do surface treatment such as sanding or embossing, then cut the WPC decking by requested length before package.

3. What's the benefits to use composite decking?
