will charge the related cost . After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

A4：The shipments have 3 layers package. Outside, we pack with plywood case.Inside,
machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. innermost layer, the
machine is covered by waterproof plastic bag.

A6：Yes, we can add a protection cover if you need. We can customize the design as
customers’ requests.
