Yes, you can get available free samples in our stock and freight is at your cost, please check with us.
2. How can we get a quote?
Please offer the label design,size & quantity,we will quote best price accordingly.
3. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS.
4. Can you help with the design?
Yes. 3 professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5. What's the payement term?
30% deposit and 70% balance before shippment.
6. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes, we can print a sample per your file, but it is without cutting.
7. What about the lead time?
Normally 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and 30% deposit received.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking No.after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
10. How do you compute the freight?
It is based on total weight and CBM.
