Q3: Can we have samples for visual inspection?

A3: Of course. We can send you samples for free via freight collect. The freight can be returned once the order is confirmed.

Q4: What certificates do you have for your products?

Q5: What the regular MOQ for your product ?

A5:  paint: 3000pcs for each color ; Diy toys: 5000sets each item.

For those regular items which we have in stock, the quantity could be less.

Q6: What's your payment term?

A6: Regularly doing 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T for the first cooperation. For future orders, the payment terms is negotiable.

Q7: Delivery time ?

A7: Usually it's 15-20 days after receiving deposit, specific delivery date based on the order quantity.

Q8: If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us ?
