A5: 1. We would change the defective item for free within 3 months after receipt.
2. Our QC system would follow up every step from Incoming Material to Production Packing. And we would inspect the cargo before
shipment, report to customer with document, photos and videos.
3. Please make sure the parcel you receive is clean, sealed, undeformed and undamaged before you take out the product. (It's
better to buy insurance for the parcel, in case of any lost or damage caused by the carrier).
4. Check the product and accessories when you get it, report to us immediately if there is any lost or damage.
5. We don't take responsibility for the improper operation damage.
6. We suggest you to buy more spare accessories, like battery.
