1. What’s the order processes?
a.Inquiry--give us your requirements.

b.Samples--we will give you the samples you need.

c.PI--we will give the PI to you after samples confirmed.

d.Deposit--you will pay us 30% deposit to produce goods.

e.Production arranged--we will arrange the production.

f.Remaining payment--after you finish inspection, you will pay for it .

h.Shipping--we will ship the goods to you.

i.Confirm Receipt

2. Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
The sample is free of charge. Regarding the sample delivery method, if you do not have freight collect account like FedEx, DHL, TNT, we need to charge express fee properly.

3. How to deliver the massive order?
By sea, by air or by courier such as DHL,UPS, FEDEX, TNT.

4. What’s your payment term?
T/T or Western union. 30%TT in advance, the balance should be paid before the shipment.

5. What surface handing could you support ?
We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, label printing etc. As for the printing color, we can produce according to the PANTONE code, or you can provide a sample for us to copy the color.
