Y W F outer rotor axial flow fan blades are directly welded to the outer rotor,and the rotor connecting blades rotate outside the stator. it has the advantages of compact structure,convenient installation, reliable operation,low noise,energy saving and high efficiency.
The metal shell series of the axial flow fan are formed by cold punching molds. with high dimensional accuracy and good consistency. There are also aluminum blades and stainless steel blades of the above models.Fan blade aluminum hub.mesh cover, plastic ventilating fan shell,can be matched or customized with samples and drawings.
Products are widely used in hotels,restaurants.industrial and mining enterprises, office buildings, theaters and other building facilities, as supporting equipment for refrigerators and cold storage or for ventilation and heat dissipation.(For example,it is matched with refrigeration equipment or facilities such as supermarket freezer cold storage, ice machine, air cooler, water chiller, condensing unit. and used with dehumidifier,evaporator, side wall fan, fire fan, central air conditioning fan and other equipment).

1. The grounding of the fan housing or motor housing must be reliable.lt is forbid- den to rotate in the opposite directionand to run over rated current.
Stop running without phase.
2.The number of refueling of the fan bearing is not less than 1000 hours/time,and it is forbidden to maintain the fan during operation.
●Preparation and use before installation
1.Unpacking the fan should check whether the package is intact,whether the fan nameplate parameters meet the requirements,and whether the accessories are complete.
2.Check carefully whether the fan is deformed or damaged during transportation.whether the solid parts are loose or fall off.whether the impeller is magnetized. and check all parts of the fan.if an abnormal phenomenon is found,it should be used after repair.
3.Use a 500 megohmmeter to measure the resistance between the fan casing and
the motor windings. The value should be greater than 0.5 megohms. Otherwise. the motor windings should be dried. The temperature during drying must not exceed 120 °C.
4.Prepare all kinds of materials, tools and sites required for fan installation.
