Oil Free Scroll Air Compressor
Geso BAE - * WS oil-free scroll air compressor is small and quiet, providing high-quality oil-free compressed air. The main parts are original British geso parts, which can ensure low operation cost and long service life.
Working principle: the turbine rotor rotates according to the sequence of Fig. 1 → 2 → 3 → 4. air is sucked into the space between the turbine stator and the turbine rotor, the volume of the star moon shaped (point symmetrical) compression chamber becomes smaller gradually, the air is compressed and discharged from the exhaust port at the center.
Product Description:
• Quiet: Geso oil-free scroll air compressor micro vibration, provide you with a comfortable working environment, do not need to worry about the impact of the environment. (Fig. 1)
• Energy saving: a plurality of air compressors are built into a case. According to the air consumption and the actual situation, the number of air compressors is controlled at multiple levels and operated freely, thus unnecessary operation is avoided and energy saving is realized. (Fig. 2)
• Clean: no need to provide oil lubrication, discharge clean air. Anti rust air tank is selected as standard, so it can keep clean environment. (Fig. 3)
• Small size: smart design, small and simple box, small installation area, can be placed everywhere. (Fig. 4)
• Backup: in case of failure, the main body of multiple air compressors installed in the case will be converted for backup, and there is no need to worry about the supply of compressed air.
Installation and maintenance
1,Air compressor installation requirements:
(1) Low dust, no harmful gas, keep good ventilation environment.
If the air compressor room is not well ventilated, the
following conditions may occur:
1) high temperature of air compressor room;
2) high temperature of air compressor unit;
3) frequent tripping of air compressor;
4) high temperature coking of lubricating oil;
5) affect the air end, resulting in the performance degradation of the air compressor.
(2) Enough space shall be reserved for inspection and maintenance (the distance between air compressor and wall or other equipment shall be no less than 1 to 1.5m)
2,Air compressor system layout:
Air compressor → gas storage tank → primary filter (BM9) → refrigerated dryer→ medium and high level filter (BM7 / 5 / 3)
