Features: 1. After years of improvement and running-in, this pipe threading lathe is already a high-performance lathe with mature structure and stable performance. 2..The lathe is mainly used in oil field, suitable for processing and repairing drilling pipe, drilling rod, threading coupling and so on. At the same time suitable for processing complex shape of the shaft, sets, disk parts, such as turning inside and outside cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face. 3. The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle. 4. Adopts premium cast-iron with hardened and ground guideway, 755mm width bed improves enough rigidity and large loading capacity (6000kg), to meet heavy duty cutting for customers. 5. Simple and clear operating handles on the spindle box & feed-box make easier gear shift and speed change. 6. Dual 4-jaw heavy duty lathe chuck can clamp long & heavy tubes, standard rear support also can auxiliary support for long rods. For Q-280: equipped with front and rear manual 4-jaw chuck (800mm); For Q-330, Q-360 and Q-390: equipped with front and rear electric 4-jaw chuck (780mm/850mm), motorized clamping workpieces. 7. Through operating the handles on the headstock to gain wide spindle speed range for customer's choices, various steps feed speed for meeting different processing process and threads cutting. 8. Using famous-brand screw (cross and longitudinal) and rack, make sure movement smooth and stable, and improve threading machining accuracy. 9. Equipped with taper turning attachment, can automatic feed turning cone surface and taper threads, and some common taper scale indications. 10. All lathes are equipped with rapid feed motor for X/Z-axis quickly positioning, reduce operating intensity and machining assistance time, improve machining efficiency. Heavy-duty closed steady rest can cutting thin and long work-pieces, provide the turning accuracy of machine. Manual tail-stock is moved by hand wheel, and two feeding rate of the tail-stock quill (1:1; 20:1). Standard accessories: 4-jaw chuck, Steady rest, Follow rest, Dead center of tailstock, 4-station tool post, Taper turning attachment, Cooling system, Work lamp, Chip plate, Tools, Leveling wedge and bolts, Operation manual (English). Optional accessories: Face plate, 2 or 3-axis digital indicator, Chuck guard, Tool-post guard, Rear splash guard, Quick changing tool post.
