360 degree arm pillar mounted floor mounted free standing jib crane

Jib crane is a type of overhead lifting device that is often used in a smaller work cell area for repetitive lifting tasks.Jib crane is very helpful in a production lines because they can increase worker productivity and reduce workplace injuries and improve safety.
Jib crane can be wall or floor mounted .All jib cranes rotate and are able to lift or support a load.
Jib cranes are fairly simple in design but can have wide range of capacities from 500kg to 10000kg.

Below are some of the components that jib crane is equipped.
1 Reach/boom of jib crane:the horizontal beam that the trolley travels back and forth.
2 Mast/Pillar of jib crane:the vertical beam used to support the boom on free standing jib system.
3 Movable hoist:the hoist is used to lift,position and lower a load.
4 Trolley:the motion of the trolley can be manual,motorized or pneumatic.
5 Rotation:on free standing and mast type jib crane,360 degree rotation is obtained.On wall and column-mounted jib crane,180 degree rotation is obtained.
6 electrification/pneumatic power:electric collector rings or pneumatic air lines can be added to the top or bottom of the mast to provide rotation assistance and allow for continuous 360 degree boom rotation.
7 Control of jib crane:on motorized or air-powered jib crane,you can use a push button controller to control the rotation of the boom as well as the motion of the trolley and lifting and lowering motion of the hoist.Multi-speed or variable speed controls are available for the hoist and the trolley.
