The ETM series is a multi-turn electric device, used to control valves such as alarm valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, etc. that have linear movement or multi-turn valves and similar mechanisms. ETM series electric devices can be combined with different types of deceleration mechanisms to increase power output or change the drive type of the whole machine. The ETM series is connected with the BA bevel gear reducer to form the ETM/BA series combined multi-turn electric device, and its applicable valves are the same as the ETM series. If ETM series electric device is connected with HBC castellated gear reducer or A planetary reducer to form ETM/HBC series or ETM/A combined partial-turn electric device, they are suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other valves with full partial rotation ( Generally 90°) moving valves and similar mechanisms.
Non-invasive structure: There is no need to open the control box cover for product control parameter setting and electric valve debugging, to avoid damage to internal control components caused by careless use, and to ensure good outdoor protection performance of the whole machine.
Intelligent control: with automatic detection and diagnosis of operating faults, valve position display in power-off state, automatic phase sequence correction and phase loss protection, motor overheating protection and instantaneous reversal protection, field bus (Modbus, Profibus-DP, etc.) Standard configuration function and selection function.
Position sensor: high-quality absolute value encoder is adopted, with high measurement resolution and stable performance. Accurate measurement and control of the rotating working position of the output shaft can adapt to the abnormal stroke of the product and can ensure that the set valve position is maintained in the power-off state. Comply with the standard requirement of position repeat deviation ≤±5°.
Infrared setter: It is used for the setting of product working parameters and on-site operation as well as the query of fault signals. The overall structure is firm and the appearance is humanized. When the product is explosion-proof, an intrinsically safe setter is provided.
·Magnetic Rotary Field Switch: It is used for the conversion between on-site and remote control, valve switch control, parameter setting and other operations. It is the non-penetrating mechanical structure of the Hall element in the magnetic force line to trigger the machine.
Special motor: It conforms to the relevant national standards, is suitable for the load characteristics of the valve, has stable electromagnetic parameters, and has a built-in temperature control element, which can reliably achieve various control requirements of the whole machine.
Torque sensor: The torque control is stable, and the repeatability is higher than the standard. It can fully meet the torque control and overload protection of different types of valves. It complies with the standard regulation that the control torque is arbitrarily set within the range of 50%-100% of the nominal torque.
Liquid crystal display: The man-machine interface of the product adopts LCD display, which has the characteristics of high definition, high brightness, high contrast and high reliability. It can display menus and can observe information such as stroke position and torque status in real time. It can receive remote control commands from the infrared setting device.
Main control unit: It is composed of microprocessors and ultra-large integrated circuits and other components, with sophisticated design and manufacturing technology, which is the hardware basis for realizing various control functions of the product.
Mechanical transmission pair: simple and reliable structure, high transmission efficiency and low noise. The alloy structural steel worm and copper alloy worm wheel have high machining accuracy, advanced heat treatment technology, and the bearing capacity and service life meet the standard requirements.
Power output shaft: Torque thrust type and torque type output shafts can be provided according to user requirements. Torque quasi-force type output shafts have built-in valve stem nuts, torque type output shafts are jaw-type output, and the valve connection flange can be manufactured according to user requirements .
Hand/electric switching and manual mechanism: low-speed shaft semi-automatic electric priority type hand/electric switching mechanism is reasonable in design, stable and reliable in performance. The manual mechanism of products with larger torque specifications can be equipped with a worm gear reducer, which can effectively reduce the manual operation force.
Sealing structure and wiring terminal board: The wiring cavity of the product adopts a double-sealing structure, which can ensure the sealing of the electrical control cavity during field wiring. The wiring terminal board has a reasonable design structure, sufficient wiring readers, and loose wiring space in the wiring cavity, which is convenient for field wiring operations.
